How Damon Salvatore AI handles your photo, the portrait and video made from it, your account and payment data, who processes it and how to delete it.
In one paragraph
To make your Damon Salvatore edit we need one photo of you. We store that photo, a studio portrait made from it and the finished video in your account so you can find them in History. We send the photo and the portrait to the AI providers that render the video, and to nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train models. You can delete everything by deleting your account.
What we collect
Account data. You sign in with Google, which shares your email address, name and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.
Your photo and what we make from it. The photo you upload, a full-body studio portrait the image model generates from it, and the finished video.
Purchases. Which plan or pack you bought, when, and its status. Stripe handles the payment itself; we receive a customer reference, never your card number.
Credits. Your balance and a log of credits received, used, refunded and expired.
Technical data. Basic request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging, and where you came from when you signed up (referrer and campaign tags), so we know which channels bring people to the site.
How a photo travels
- You upload the photo. It is resized in your browser, then stored in our storage on Cloudflare R2.
- The photo is sent to Replicate, where an image model turns it into a clean full-body studio portrait.
- The portrait and the reference edit are sent to the video provider (kie.ai or Replicate), which renders the video with Seedance.
- We download the result, add the edit's soundtrack and store the video in R2.
Providers receive files only to process your video. Their copies are temporary; links to results expire within about a day.

How long we keep it
- Photos, portraits and videos stay in your History until you delete your account; deleting it removes the files and your account rows.
- Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after you delete your account.
- Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can access your data in your account, download your videos, and delete your account at any time from Settings. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of something specific, write to support@damonsalvatoreai.com. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California) you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The service is not meant for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a minor's photo was uploaded, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are announced on the site or by email.
