Questions about a video, a payment or your data? Send a message and we will reply by email, usually within one working day.

A video looks wrong
Tell us which edit you chose and roughly when. Failed videos are refunded automatically; for a finished one that missed, we can take a look.
Billing and plans
Cancel or change a plan from Settings → Billing. For charges you do not recognise, write within 14 days.
Privacy and removal
Ask for a copy of your data or the removal of a specific photo or video, or report a photo uploaded without consent.
